Accounts Payable Specialist, Woodland, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client with an exciting accounts payable role. This job is in office daily in Woodland, CA and you will be a key member of the accounts payable team.

Experience needed and duties:

• 2 years of related AP experience

• Use of purchase orders and 3 way match

• Experience working with purchasing and the warehouse team regarding goods received and pricing

• New vendor set up and review of shipping requirements and costs

• Experience with paying freight invoices

• Review of AP aging and reconciliations

• Excel intermediate

Solid communication skills written and verbal and comfortable communicating internally and externally to resolve issues. We are ideally looking for a candidate with agriculture or freight industry experience.

Pay for the role is hourly and will be based on experience at $23.00 to $25.00 an hour.
