Permanent job opening with a company located in the Woodridge, IL area.

Hybrid role working 2 days in office.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in style and voice.

• Work with marketing, creative, and executive teams to align social media strategies with business goals.

• Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Identify and manage relationships with influencers, coordinating content creation and approvals.

• Keep up with social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.

• Independently manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of social media management experience, preferably with a consumer brand.

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., HootSuite) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights.
