LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Hybrid - Sales Analytics Manager for our client in the Wyomissing, PA area! This direct hire hybrid role allows you to utilize your mastery experience of sales analytics utilizing statistical theories and leveraging market insight. Qualified candidates will have an expansive background in in collecting, interpreting, and summarizing pricing and sales data, as well as reporting on sales, making predictions and steering business strategies successfully. You will be a critical component in being the voice of the organization in identifying and creating opportunities of improvement through data driven insight.
This is a hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s Degree within finance, computer science, statistics, applied math or related business field required. Ideal candidates will have a MINIMUM of 3 years’ experience proven successful sales analytics and be highly proficient within JDE software as well as Power BI and preferably Hubble.
Salary range: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00.
Responsibilities:
Develop and administer sales reporting data cubes.
Identify, develop and enhance tools to report and analyze sales oriented, business critical KPI's
Conducts statistical analyses and build predictive models aligned with business needs and strategies.
Oversee, train others and continually develop analytical reports, tools, and dashboards.
Provide functional BI tools to business users to “Self-serve” ad-hoc sales reports and data requests as needed.
Identifies data patterns and trends in accordance with business goals and strategy.
Collaborate with other teams and sales leadership to establish budgets and targets.
Review and adjust sales budget to evolving business conditions, goals, and metrics.
Support development of product pricing, price updates, and systems pricing maintenance to align with sales goals, KPI’s and metrics.
Identify and propose solutions and strategies to market challenges.
Presents information as needed utilizing data visualization techniques, charts, graphs, PowerPoints, etc.
Conduct market reporting research and identify underlying market opportunities as well as threats to growth objectives.
Monitors and measures impacts of strategic sales and pricing initiatives and reports on them accordingly.
Support Salesforce CRM administration team.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, statistics, or applied math required.
Minimum three years’ experience utilizing ERP systems and statistical software packages (JD Edwards highly preferred).
Experience building and administering statistical software packages, business intelligence tools, and data frameworks (Power BI and/or Hubble preferred).
Extensive experience in data mining and statistical analysis required.
Experience with data integration highly preferred.
Demonstrated data cube architecture construction knowledge and experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient with data modelling tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Strong math skills and problem-solving aptitude required.
Salesforce CRM experience and related certifications highly preferred.
Familiarity with sales processes, business value flow and pricing practices required.
Implementation of business solutions through analytical, technical, and organizational skills required.
