LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company located in Yardley, PA . We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage AP functions for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite and be proficient in handling both Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). This role requires meticulous attention to detail and expertise in 3-way matching.

Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Location: Yardley, PA, fully onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55-65k

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable for multiple entities

  • Process invoices and payments accurately and timely

  • Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, receipt, and invoice)

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate and organized AP records

  • Assist with month-end closing activities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth AP operations

  • Provide support for audits and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Proven experience as an AP Specialist

  • Proficiency in NetSuite

  • Strong understanding of SG&A and COGS

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple entities and prioritize tasks

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
