Senior Contracts Administrator
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Senior Contracts Administrator job. This is a HYBRID job opportunity where you will work partially from home and partially in the office. Candidates must be able to travel to the office in either Madison, WI or Yardley, PA. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role.
This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 3 months. Depending on your performance and our client’s needs, this role may be extended and/or even result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will also be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
- Updating and changing notices to existing contact pages
- Configuring estimates and quotes for clients
- Processing all change notices to existing contracts and executed amendments
- Processing contract terminations
- Auditing client opportunities and ensuring the presence of all required documents
- Ensuring legal cases are reviewed and approved
- Creating retention opportunities from start to quote creation
- Running Salesforce reports
- All other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $28.00 and $32.00
