Our client, a public institution is looking for an Administrative Assistant temporarily starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the implementation and execution of HR policies, tools, and processes within institutional, legal, and procedural guidelines. You will contribute to the timely and accurate recording, functioning, and reporting of various HR processes and information.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative/secretarial support at the Dean's office including answering incoming calls, answering queries (emails, teams, in person) welcoming external and internal people having meetings with the Dean and/or Vice Dean
• Providing support to the administrator in charge of recruitments and onboarding and off-boarding of administrative staff
• Liaising with the staff of the Departments of the Faculty and with central services
• Perform organisational tasks (to support meetings and events)
• Ensure the correct, timely processing and documentation of files, information and contracts, in order to enable the entity to function in an effective and efficient manner
Your Profile
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent practice of the usual MS Office tools
- Initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time independently
- Team player, diplomatic, friendly, service-oriented
- Reliable and proactive
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Young graduates considered if they already have experience with administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset, fluency in English & French is mandatory
