Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for its future Administrative Assistant.
This job offer is a temporary contract for 1 year.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Unit, and in close interaction with both internal departments and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing digital tools and processes within the Risk function.
Your main tasks will include:
- Participating in the creation and implementation of innovative digital solutions and analytical models
- Assisting internal teams in effectively using and understanding current risk-related systems and tools
- Defining business needs and developing clear use cases for new tools or model improvements, ensuring alignment with broader institutional IT systems
- Optimising operational procedures by improving documentation, standardising templates, and automating repetitive workflows
- Supporting organisational change initiatives related to digital transformation and model integration projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a technical or analytical discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role focused on data modelling, IT development, or digital innovation
- Comfortable with agile and structured development lifecycles
- Prior involvement in change management or business process redesign is a strong advantage
- Solid command of digital platforms and tools, including Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint Online, Business Objects, and Smart-IT
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong appreciation of the mission and functioning of financial or public institutions
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
