This newly created opportunity will lead you to join a successful international investment group based in the City of Luxembourg. You will participate in the strategy, administration/operations, design and communication of associate benefits and pension programs over 8 European Countries. You will ensure that the benefits offerings are competitive, sustainable, efficiently managed, and aligned with the group’s strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with the group’s overall goals ensuring competitive, innovative, and inclusive premier offerings that support associates’ individual needs
- Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings and evaluate new options based on industry trends and associate feedback.
- Oversee the daily operations of benefits programs, includes but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, wellbeing initiatives, and supplementary benefits, while managing relationships with benefit providers to ensure smooth operations, contract management, timely renewals, and exploring potential enhancements.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes in pension plans and benefits, ensuring all required annual reporting and plan auditing is completed accurately and on time.
- Create and implement communication strategies to educate associates about their benefits
- Provide HR Shared Services with guidance on general benefit questions, plan administration and updates, and collaborates on complex cases.
- Guides payroll on benefit and pension plan designs and operations for administration and collaborates on complex cases.
Your Profile
- As from 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a European exposure.
- Able to work independently liaising with a transversal organisation
- Consulting approach, proactive, organised and able to set up strategies and follow them.
- Able to describe potential areas of conflict or difficulties for clients
- Builds positive relationships through communication; demonstrates self-assuredness; demonstrates strong collaboration
- Demonstrates effectiveness in facilitating a variety of meetings.
- Fluency in French and English required (written and spoken)
