This a great opportunity to join a growing Private Bank, with international activities. Located in Luxembourg city centre, this bank is looking for a professional to work directly with the Head of Finance on financial operations, focusing first on Regulatory Reporting and supporting Risk as well as Accounting & Controlling matters.

Your Responsibilities
- Regulatory Reporting:
- Prepare all statutory, regulatory, and statistical reports for the CSSF and the Luxembourg Central Bank (BCL), including FinRep and credit portfolio reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management:
- Perform regulatory stress tests, develop ICAAP documentation, and create simulation scenarios to ensure financial resilience.
- Maintain and enhance internal risk management procedures and work instructions.
- Financial Controlling:
- Conduct financial analyses, budgeting, and profitability reporting, including P&L reviews and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accounting & Financial Statements:
- Oversee operational accounting for the organization and its subsidiaries, including processing transactions, reconciliations, and VAT returns.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, along with internal reporting to the Executive Board and Group management.
- Process & Task Management:
- Assume control and representation tasks within the division to maintain seamless functionality and operational excellence.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in relevant positions (Banking & Insurance Audit, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, etc)
- Degree educated in Finance or other relevant fields
- Fluent in English with French being an advantage
