Nancy Garrison Jenn is an expert advisor on the global executive search profession. She assists Bain Capital and other private equity firms with the selection of search firms worldwide and advises sovereign wealth funds, family offices and corporates on best head-hunters for C-suite hiring.
She is well known to the search profession and a trusted advisor. She was recently quoted as the global expert on head-hunters in an Economist article “Take me to a leader- corporate head-hunters are more powerful than ever” and has written 10 books on executive search for The Economist, Profile Books and Jossey Bass.
Mrs. Garrison Jenn is also an Executive and Leadership Coach. She is Hogan certified and a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered coaching programme. She has coached executives from Coca Cola, GE Capital, and Time Warner. She coaches EMBA students at Oxford Said, Imperial, HEC and private equity professionals.
Nancy previously worked in consumer marketing for 20 years, holding senior management roles with Gillette, Revlon, Atari (Warner) and LVMH with subsidiary responsibility in Brazil and South Africa. She is a graduate of the Yale School of Management. She is a board member at Careerpoint.com
