Rachel Maguire

Rachel is a multifaceted executive coach and senior advisor with a background in financial services. Rachel found her way into coaching and advising by noticing how people often felt comfortable opening up to her during business meetings. She subsequently trained as an executive coach and now specialises in working with senior executives from corporates and professional services firms to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

In addition to her coaching work, Rachel is the Founder and CEO of Arko Iris, a boutique consultancy that focuses on ESG, investor relations, and governance.

Rachel also serves as an experienced plc Non-Executive Director for companies listed on London Stock Exchange’s Main Market and AIM. In addition, Rachel is an independent Trustee of a national charity.

Her interests include watching rugby, driving cars, attending theatre shows, and socialising.
