Clare Murray
Clare is a business psychologist at ICEO and works with clients in both private and public companies. She has developed a strong reputation for supporting CEOs and senior leaders to develop a more in-depth awareness of their leadership approach, motivational drivers and well-being, through her psychological insight and warm, engaging style.
As well as her role at ICEO Clare also works as a consultant business psychologist, offering leadership profiling, team building, executive coaching, and culture change programmes. Her areas of interest and expertise include building trust-based cultures within teams and organisations in order to enhance creativity and collaboration.
Clare has a PhD in Psychology from City University and an MSc in Relationship Therapy from the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships.
Outside of work Clare splits her time between London and Cornwall, enjoying the bright lights of the city as well as being by the sea, dolphin and seal spotting.
