Helen Rose

Helen has had a 30-year executive career working for many of the leading companies in the UK. Her career is notable for having successfully moved sectors and functional specialisms. She spent half of her career in retail and hospitality businesses (Dixons, Safeway and Forte) and half in retail financial services (Lloyds Banking Group and TSB). A qualified chartered accountant, Helen has held  roles as a Finance Director, and as the Chief Operating Officer at TSB.

Helen has extensive M&A experience and was part of the executive team that completed the successful IPO of TSB.  She has led several major transformational change programmes, particularly post-merger integrations. Helen is now pursuing a portfolio career as a NED of Greencore (a leading food manufacturer), Deputy Chair of Compton Verney (a major arts charity), and providing advisory services to various businesses and consulting firms. Her  interests include diversity and inclusion, sustainability and the arts.
