A former ICEO client, Neville now has a successful portfolio career. This includes coaching, HR consultancy and NED activities in addition to his consultancy work with the ICEO.
His executive career as an HR Director spanned private, public and not for profit employers. All of these organisations were sector leaders and award winners. As such, his career gives some critical insights into both successful cross sector career change and the achievement of organisational excellence.
Neville’s has full Chartered Director status CDir via the IoD Fellowship of the CIPD, and qualifications in executive coaching He is also a qualified canoe coach
