Ross Emerson is a management consultant and executive/team coach with expertise focused on leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic career management for senior leaders and board directors. Ross serves as senior advisor in the ICEO as well as global networking expert.
He is an LHH certified Hogan Assessor, LHH certified Executive Coach, and an LHH Certified Facilitator. Ross also acts as executive director and co-Chair of a UK property complex where he provides strategic oversight and governance for residential homes and commercial businesses and also provides executive coaching for global EMBA programmes at top business schools.
Earlier in his career Ross held senior roles in strategy, operational risk, learning and development, wealth management, and enterprise leadership. Ross has served as Non-Executive Director on the boards of two UK charities and served on the board for the Canadian Centre for Diversity.
Ross graduated with distinction from INSEAD’s Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change and also holds an MBA. Ross’s blogs about leadership and lifelong learning on LinkedIn and is a published author. His first book Hidden Challenges: Human Dynamics in Organization Change and Recovery was published in October 2022 by The Business Expert Press and his second book Living A Leadership Lifestyle: A Guide for New and Aspiring Leaders will be released in summer 2023.
