Irene Azevedo

Practice Leader, Brazil

As ICEO Practice Leader, she was responsible for the startup of the area in Brazil. She is Coach and Master Advisor at LHH. She is, also, a Specialist in Coaching projects with the aim of executives’ development in transformational environments, helping them to lead changes, minimizing the uncertainties that impact business results. Expertise in the Professional Coaching, Talent Development and Career Transition.


She is certified in Coaching by La Hupe Institute - IBM Belgium, by Lee Hecht Harrison, by the EcoSocial Institute, by Integral Coaching of Canada (Foundation, Apprenticeship) and by The Inner Game International School. Certified by Hyper Island through the Master Class of Business Innovation.


Specialized in Manufacturing Operations at FGV-SP (PEC) and Graduated in Business Administration at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UFERJ).


As an executive, she worked at IBM, Ticket and KPMG.

Maureen Quinn

Practice Leader, Canada

Maureen Quinn is the Practice Leader for the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) in Canada, where she leads the country providing bespoke leadership transition support to senior executives and organizations. Previously, she was a Senior Advisor in the New York City ICEO Practice, where she partnered with senior executives leveraging her business and leadership acumen, serving as a thought partner, sounding board and trusted advisor. Her background with global human capital and professional services firms, including start-ups, mature businesses and turnarounds, makes her a valued asset within the global practice.
Prior to ICEO, Maureen was the Head of Administration and Operations for the US partnership of Egon Zehnder International, a leading global executive recruiting firm where she implemented a series of initiatives that enhanced client satisfaction, improved productivity and increased profitability.
Earlier she held senior positions at Drake Beam Morin, Inc. (purchased by Lee Hecht Harrison) and at Executive Interim Management (EIM) where she was a Senior Partner. Maureen’s business career began at Manpower Inc. (now ManpowerGroup) as General Manager of Canadian Operations and held several progressive positions up to SVP, Eastern US Operations, responsible for 478 branches and full P&L accountability for $1.4 billion in revenue. She interfaced regularly with the Board and was a member of the global leadership team.
Maureen earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor (Canada) and completed the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD. She is a member of the CEO Trust and volunteers with Larchmont Friends of the Family.

Reuben Cohen

Managing Director, United States

Reuben Cohen is US ICEO’s Managing Director.


He built and leads this highly-regarded, best-in-class boutique leadership transition practice that supports executives and organizations through change initiatives such as restructurings, early retirement, succession management, and M&A.


Under Reuben’s leadership, the ICEO practice has enjoyed considerable growth and client satisfaction. He has launched new offerings that serve clients throughout the talent mobility life cycle, including readying and successfully supporting executives and their organizations before, during, and after significant leadership transitions.


Reuben has worked as a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-Suite executives and other top of the house leaders, guiding them to a variety of new paths in the corporate sector, private equity, board service, and consulting, among others. He is known for a thoughtful and collaborative style that stimulates expansive thinking, brings new perspectives and opportunities into focus, and opens the door to sustainable win-win outcomes.


His prior banking experience in New York, Chicago and London, including serving as a Managing Director at a leading firm arranging innovative financings for companies across a wide range of industries, provided Reuben a foundation for understanding the needs of senior leaders and what it looks like to reimagine a career. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an A.B. from Brown University.

Christy Golden

Practice Leader, United States, Southern Region

Christy Golden is US ICEO’s Head of Client Experience and Southern Region Practice Leader.


In leading Client Experience, Christy and her team welcome executives into service and are the face of ICEO to our entire client population. With a unique ability to discern client needs and deep insights into the talents of our bench, Christy oversees best-fit matches of executives to their ICEO Advisors.


Throughout each executive’s program, Christy works in close partnership with our Advisors to marshal experts, mentors, and friends of the firm to support evolving client needs and ensure results. She develops enduring relationships, remaining engaged with many of our executives beyond their time in service.


As our Southern Region Practice Leader, Christy recruits, develops and mentors our bench of Advisors from Texas east to the coastal states from Virginia to Florida. Her focus is on delivering extraordinary outcomes and quality pursuant to a globally consistent methodology tailored to the needs of each executive.


Christy approaches her work with warmth, positive energy, and a commitment to excellence that sets the standard for our boutique practice. She is a personable, lifelong learner, who is enthusiastic about working with and getting to know executives from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.


Christy received her BA from Abilene Christian University.

Keith Mullin

Practice Leader, United States, Northeast Region

As US ICEO’s Northeast Region Practice Leader, Keith leads the region’s boutique leadership transition services for senior level executives and their sponsoring organizations.
Keith brings to ICEO extensive experience as CEO of a leading human capital services firm, creating value for executives and client companies, working with the most senior leaders across industries, enabling growth and innovation, and leading exceptional teams in delivering the highest level of client satisfaction .


Prior to ICEO, Keith was CEO and owner of Mullin International, a global human capital services firm providing career transition services supporting Fortune 250 public and private companies. He built and led the firm in driving significant growth with best in class service delivery to become an industry leader.

Keith significantly expanded Mullin’s international footprint through strategic alliances and was appointed Global Chairman leading 25 companies in 29 countries. On the heels of Mullin’s continued growth, he led the firm through a process of exploring strategic options which concluded in the sale of Mullin International to LHH in 2017. He rejoined LHH in 2018.
Keith has served on for profit and non-profit boards throughout his career.
Keith received his BA in Business from Oswego State University.

Larry Pentis

Practice Leader, United States, Western Region

As US ICEO’s Practice Leader for the Western Region, Larry has grown the business by leveraging his considerable C-level experience in creating innovative solutions for client companies and overseeing the extraordinary care and delivery of services to transitioning executives. He is an expert in the Hogan Leadership assessment which provides data as the foundation for the coaching by the ICEO Advisor.


Larry has worked with a diverse set of executives across multiple industries. He has had great success working with clients to develop individualized paths in a variety of contexts, including continuing the current career path, alternative careers, private equity, start-ups, board, and roles involving a portfolio of activities.


Prior to joining LHH, Larry’s career included serving as CEO of an 1,800 employee, $1 billion insurance company as well as CEO of a successful start-up. He has significant experience in M&A, including the creation of AAA Life Insurance Co. from the merger of two life insurers. He chaired the Board of this entity.


Larry holds an advanced management degree from the Harvard Business School, a JD and MBT from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Economics from the University of California.

Sally Washlow

Practice Leader, United States, Midwest Region

As US ICEO’s Midwest Practice Leader, Sally Washlow is an accomplished Board member and a former CEO with extensive experience in public and private companies.
Sally supports executives in the practice by advising on leadership roles within private equity, networking and board service.
Sally currently serves on the boards of public and private companies. Within these board roles, she is the chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance committee.
Sally is the President of the Private Directors Association, Chicago Chapter that focuses on governance and education for board members of privately held companies. She is also a member of Women Corporate Directors and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Previously, Sally was Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Cedar Electronics, formerly Cobra Electronics, a Nasdaq listed company and developer of consumer and automotive electronics. In prior roles, Sally had global responsibilities at Motorola and LG Electronics involved with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and sales and marketing.
Sally holds an MBA from DePaul University in Marketing and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Christophe Touton

Managing Director, Europe

Christophe is Managing Director for ICEO Europe and SVP, Global Enterprise Sales in Zurich, Switzerland.


Christophe brings nearly two decades of C-Level experience from the technology and services industries and has successfully supported clients in innovative talent & development programs, digital business transformation internationally, and executive advisory services.


He is well versed in guiding leadership transitions for senior executives in FMCG, life sciences, industrial, technology, and customer-driven companies. Christophe has established himself as a trusted adviser of both publicly traded and privately held companies. He is experienced in advising clients on digital transformation, talent development, and workforce management.


Prior to joining LHH, he was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles Zurich in the Industrial and Digital Practice, and Executive Director at the leading executive education institute, IMD Lausanne and Singapore—where he led the international market and client development operations.


Christophe’s prior senior management experience includes more than two decades in the Technology sector, as CEO & Vice President - General Manager in CEE, Switzerland, and Austria as well as international marketing and sales management positions with Xerox Corp, based in Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, and other major Central Eastern European cities.


Christophe serves as a Chapter Member of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce, as member of the Swiss Economic Forum, and other advisory boards and associations. He is Professor at the Business School Lausanne for their executive program called ‘’Empower Your Future’’.


Christophe holds a Master’s in Business Law from the University of Bordeaux and an MBA from IAE Bordeaux. He has also participated in executive programs at INSEAD and IMD. He is fluent in French, English, German, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Anne-Caroline Moeller

Managing Director, France

Anne-Caroline is a key member of the LHH Executive Committee (France) and launched the LHH ICEO business activity in Paris, the premium career consultancy service reserved for top global business leaders.


She focuses on how leaders can handle their company’s immediate priorities and accelerate strategic transformation for the best business, financial, and social outcomes.


Her career began in 1993 at Oracle, gathering complex sales, negotiation and business development experience. She was promoted to several leadership roles and became EMEA Director for HCM solutions. She has successfully led multicultural teams in complex, international and matrix environments.


Anne-Caroline enjoys deploying a highly-agile approach to foster connections and establish relationships. She also effectively prepares C-Suite level executives for challenging and high-stakes interviews.


A certified Coach since 2013, Anne-Caroline supports executives throughout their careers (international mobility, promotion to executive committee and Board roles, professional transition of C-level execs) and leverages her broad, strategic vision and influential networks for their career benefit.


Anne-Caroline holds a Master in Human Resource (Newcastle upon Tyne, 1993) and is graduated Grenoble Ecole de Management (Business School) and HEC (Executive Program)

Bevan Gray

Chief Executive Officer, LHH Germany

In his role as Managing Director for LHH Germany, Bevan Gray has overall accountability for the commercial success of the German business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gray has gained over ten years of extensive commercial leadership experience, across APAC and EMEA, working for leading international strategic talent management consulting firms. 


Mr. Gray also has over 10 years’ experience in leadership advisory, working with leading organizations and their boards, to build board and organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, senior team alignment, and integrated talent management strategies. Having enjoyed a professional rugby playing career for over ten years, prior to his corporate career, much of the value Mr. Gray provides his team and clients today is founded on the valuable experiences gained during this time working with and developing high performing teams and winning cultures in this competitive sporting environment.


Mr. Gray holds a Master of Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Business Psychology, all from Massey University. He also completed an MBA exchange semester at The European Business School in Germany and most recently Mr. Gray completed his Directors course from the New Zealand Institute of Directors.


Aside from his work for LHH, Mr. Gray has also supported Massey University as a guest lecturer, presenting Strategic Career Planning and Successful Transitions as one of the final classes for the MBA students at Massey Business School. Furthermore, as a board advisor, Mr. Gray volunteers his expertise to Reconnect Family Services, a not for profit organization.

Frances Cook

Managing Director, United Kingdom

Frances has run the ICEO London practice for many years and is also a member of the LHH UK & Ireland Executive Team. The ICEO London practice—formerly known as the Senior Directors Unit at Penna prior to the acquisition of Penna Plc by LHH Adecco in 2016—was established over 20 years ago and has helped thousands of senior leaders in transition. The practice is known for its thriving alumni and friend group across sectors and functions.
During her time with Penna, Frances held a number of senior roles, from Group International Director to Managing Director/CEO of the transition business. She was a main board PLC Director of the listed business and a member of the ExCo until the sale.
Frances has held a number of non-executive roles outside the group in the financial, charitable and educational sector and is a frequent commentator on senior executive issues on radio, television and in national and specialist press. Her early career was spent in the retail and consumer goods sector in buying, marketing and general management roles.
Outside work she is a keen runner having completed numerous half marathons and marathons.

Elizabeth Fish

Practice Leader, Australia

As ICEO Practice Lead Australia, and Senior Advisor based in Sydney, Elizabeth provides a wealth of expertise in supporting Business Leaders who are transitioning roles, organizations or geographies, across a wide range of industries (predominantly Fortune 500). Elizabeth’s extensive experience stems from a range of management and consulting capacities in multinational environments over a 20-year period, where she has assisted companies to drive change and support senior executives, through institutional restructures and organizational transformation.
Prior to LHH, Elizabeth was with Ernst & Young Consulting, specializing in strategic People & Performance management, assisting companies and leaders to manage and develop their talent, leadership and careers. This experience included managing the largest government restructuring project in Australia.
Elizabeth has a B.A. in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Sydney and is accredited in 360 Degree Feedback - LSI, OCI - Human Synergistics, Change Management Principles & Methodology (E&Y USA) SHL - MBTI. Her passion is also fundraising for the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia ‘Zero Childhood Cancer’ program.

Anders Lundholm

Managing Director, Hong Kong

Anders has a passion for growing people and businesses around the world. He has over 15 years of experience operating in the space of HR and Education Management Consulting at the global stage.


Anders grew up in Sweden and has since embarked on a rewarding international career journey that includes positions in New York, Ho Chi Minh City, Stockholm, Zurich and Hong Kong. Anders takes great interests in getting to know people and together form partnerships that drives organizational and individual growth.

Nick Kearns

Practice Lead, APAC

Nick is the APAC Practice Lead, responsible for the delivery of ICEO programs within the region.


He has 15 years-experience working in Talent Acquisition for organisations including global investment banks, financial services and multinational corporations.


A British citizen, he has lived in Hong Kong for six-years, and combines a deep knowledge of the talent markets across the region with a client-centric approach.
