For our client, a leading company in its metalworking segment (manufacturing Sector)based in Lucca, we are currentlyseeking a HR business partner position.


Responsibilities


The figure will be responsible for the following activities:


• Partner with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective HR actions.


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for plant personnel.• Support labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and health & safety regulations.


• Monitor key HR metrics relevant to the manufacturing environment (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, productivity, employee engagement).


• Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, employee engagement, and workplace well-being.


• Facilitate performance management and skills development processes.


• Handle disciplinary matters and support conflict resolution.


• Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.• Collaborate with international HR teams and HR Corporate on global initiatives


Your Profile


Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:


• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.


• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.


• Strong knowledge of labor law and union relations.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stress management skills.


• Hands-on approach and ability to work closely with shop floor teams.


• Good command of English.


• Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
