In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to tackle their most complex issues, working on transformative projects that reshape business models, improve processes, and implement organizational change. You will engage directly with senior leadership of top national and international companies, delivering solutions that shape the future of their businesses.

In this role, you will:

• Rethinking and redesigning the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) to improve business performance and align with strategic goals.
• Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering efforts, driving change management initiatives that ensure the successful implementation of transformation.
• Evaluating the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance, and creating targeted action plans to address any gaps.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Transformation projects, ideally gained in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and client relationships.
• Excellent English skills, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
