Responsibilities


Are you passionate about working on meaningful projects that drive change? As part of the People & Change team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformative initiatives for both Italian and international clients. You’ll collaborate directly with senior management of leading organizations across various sectors, taking part in projects that make a significant impact on their people strategies.


In this role, you will:



  • Design solutions and models that enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Lead organizational redesigns for HR functions to optimize services and improve outcomes.
  • Redefine talent management, performance management, and learning and development models.
  • Spearhead change management initiatives, providing tools and strategies for smooth implementation of organizational transformations (including organizational assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis, and communication strategy development).
  • Assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and monitor the performance before and after transformation, creating plans to address any identified gaps.


Your Profile

This is an ideal opportunity for you if you have:


  • A master’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in People & Change projects, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with study and/or work experience abroad considered a plus.
