Responsibilities


The candidate will be directly responsible for:

  • Identifies opportunities for growth, white spaces and new channel expansion;
  • Accountable for the product messaging/positioning and value based on customer segmentation, working closely with Insights, Brand and Content Marketing, and Product;
  • Primarily responsible for partnering with the Leaders of the Commercial BU to build and execute the BU strategy;
  • Supports and creatively deploys marketing tactics to monetize the value prop over the lifetime of the offering to help drive monthly, quarterly and annual revenue;
  • Perform market analysis and segmentation, competitive insight;
  • Accountable for creating the New Product Introduction Marketing Plan for all product launches, strategically thinking through the storyline and the experiences along the customer journey at awareness, conversion and loyalty;
  • Influences pricing, promotional & rebate policies working closely with product and channel partners;
  • Participate in sales meetings and events that require industry knowledge as an input for success;
  • Actively engage with customers and end users.


This position may travel up to 40%


Your Profile


The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:


  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a marketing professional;
  • BS or BA degree in business, marketing or engineering; MS, MBA, or MA in marketing preferred;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience in marketing strategy or strategic planning;
  • Experience in market intelligence: market segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.;
  • Thorough understanding and successful experience working in teams developing integrated marketing communication plans and lead generation tactics;
  • Ability to develop winning strategies in the European markets;
  • Strategic problem solver with strong business acumen;
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge in use of personal computers, and common business productivity tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, project scheduling tools, etc.;
  • Ability in analytical thinking;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business/product/marketing plans;
  • Understanding of financial reports, and business statements.
