Our client, a leading industrial company based in Varese, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Analytics Professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in HR analytics and a passion for data-driven decision making.


Responsibilities



  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports
  • Conduct predictive analysis to support workforce planning and talent management in Italy and abroad
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics


Your Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics
  • Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent English
