Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Plant HR Manager to join their team near Segrate. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by providing expert HR advice and support, enabling both managers and employees to thrive.
The Plant HR Manager is responsible for deploying and coordinating the Site HR roadmap (Social transformation, employee engagement, skills management, recruitment, training,…), the Group policies and programs (Compensation & Benefits, Talent, diversity, Engagement programs, …) at site level, in line with the company's HR and business strategy.
Responsibilities
As HR Plant Manager you will:
- Contribute to business strategy of the site,translating and coordinating the 3 year Site HR vision.
- Develops, coordinates, implements and ensures annual Site HR roadmap.
- Communicate and leads the change management’s actions to support the Site Vision.
- Follows the HR KPI (Absenteeism, Overtime, Total Cost of Employment….) and ensure the right level of performance.
- Coordinate people matters during business transformation (financial, organizational, social and legal, people impact analysis), defines actions plan and acts as a facilitator (communication…).
- Implement a continuous workforce planning within the site
- Leads the annual succession planning process within the plant
- Prepare and deploy the induction program
- Support and drive processes regarding leadership/career management/knowledge management and learning and development.
- Follow the Health & Safety results and ensures the deployment of the right actions to improve it.
- Contributes with local management to labor relations approach.
- Be responsible for individual and collective bargaining.
- Be responsible for labor agreements negotiation, their communication and deployment.
- Performs complaint, discipline and conflict management.
Your Profile
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 7-10 years experience as HR Specialist/Manager in an industrial site
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and people management
- Strong social relations skills
- Business oriented
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Coaching skills
- Strong communication, change management & animation capabilities
- Ability to work with multiple people/projects concurrently
RAL: 65.000 - 70.000 euro + MBO
