Responsibilities

As part of the Business Transformation team in Turin, you will join a fast-growing, talented group known for the quality and impact of their transformative projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of businesses by assisting clients in reimagining their operational and strategic models.

This is an ideal opportunity for you if you have:

• Redesign operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) by using organizational and operational levers to align with business strategies and enhance performance.
• Support organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management strategies, ensuring the transformation is seamlessly integrated into the organization’s culture.
• Assess the impact of implemented initiatives, measure pre- and post-transformation performance, and develop targeted plans to address any performance gaps.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Transformation projects, specifically with initiatives involving strategic process reengineering and direct interaction with C-suite executives.
• Strong leadership abilities, including team coordination and client management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
